Hello! I’m María del Rosario Rachumi, Human Resources Manager at Rainforest Expeditions. I hold a bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and have more than 13 years of experience in talent management within the hospitality industry. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to support and develop teams dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for travelers.

My experience includes talent acquisition and development, employee relations, payroll administration, organizational wellbeing, workplace culture, and regulatory compliance. What I enjoy most, however, is helping people grow professionally and creating an environment where they can thrive. I believe that exceptional guest experiences begin with motivated, supported, and passionate teams.
