yorkiejake Ago 19 - Posada Amazonas
Beautiful place I loved this place. During my tour around South America I have the opportunity to stay at this incredible place. Sadly we were there for only one night but I definitely could stay there for at least a week.

Stephanie Anderson Sep 2021 - Posada Amazonas
Posada Amazonas was amazing! Everything was well planned with morning, afternoon hikes. We flew to Puerto Maldonado and then took the bus. We were given a snack of plantain chips and Brazilian nuts. It was real tasty. Then we got on the boat to ride to the lodge. On the boat we were given lunch. Excellent lunch! We loved the open air and 3 sided walls. We were busy and were able to see macaws, parrots, 6 varieties of monkeys, tarantula, naked trees, garlic tree and quinine tree. We fished for piranha and say Cayman. Too many things to mention everything. Our guide was Gilbert, he is very knowledgeable and passionate about the Rainforest. He was perfect for our group. The food was awesome!! I loved that I didn't have to order and I loved everything. I also loved the catfish. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us.
